Read this handy check list! We recommend that you:
- Check the System Requirements of the game you are interested in to ensure it will work on your computer. Click the System Requirements link on each game page as each game may differ slightly.
- Make good use of the Free Trial period available for all download games. Try the game out before you decide to buy it!
- Remember that you will need to connect to the Internet to both download and register the game for unlimited play on whatever computer you want to play the game on.
- If you use spam-filtering technology on your email, be sure to add us to your address book so you can receive your order confirmation email from PopCap. Add this address to your list: salessupport@popcap.com

Here are some step by step instructions on downloading and purchasing the game:
- To download and try out the game for the free trial period, click on "Try Free" on the game page of your choice.
- Follow the onscreen instructions on how to download and install the game.
- Once you decide you would like to purchase the game, just click "Buy Now" in the game menu (stop the game at any stage or wait till the end of your free trial). You can also click "Buy Now" on the game page where you first downloaded the game.
- Clicking the "Buy Now" button will open the PopCap Games shopping cart, so you will need to be online. You will see your game listed in the cart.
- Enter your Billing Address and click CONTINUE.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the required information.
- When you have completed your purchase, you will be shown a game receipt and receive an email to confirm your purchase. You should print AND save the receipt and email, should you need to install the game on another computer in the future.
- Follow the instructions in the email to unlock and register your game.
The game is yours to play whenever you want! There's nothing else to download, no need to restart your computer, and no additional fees. Enjoy your game!

Regarding the best way to purchase games as gifts, it depends on the intended recipients' computer setup and Internet access. Naturally, download versions are available for all our games. Download versions do require that the recipient has the ability to connect to the Internet from the computer(s) on which the games will be played, so that online registration can be completed.
If you prefer for a gift to be more tangible than a downloadable game, you can purchase a selection of our games on CD-ROM, either in a retail store, or on PopCap.com. (At the moment, the CD-ROMs sold online are only available for the PC.) Please visit our CD-ROM Help Page for more information on purchasing a CD-ROM!

Due to different billing systems in use for US and International Customers, a gift certificate purchased from one country in the purchaser's local currency can not be redeemed in another country, using the local currency. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Here are some step by step instructions on purchasing the game using PayPal. If you have any questions about using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal Customer Support directly.
Note: If you do not have a PayPal Account, please visit www.paypal.com to set one up.
- When you add a game to the shopping cart, and enter your address, select the option to pay using PayPal and click CONTINUE.
- You will be asked to log in to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal Account, visit www.paypal.com to set one up first.
- Please review the information displayed on the PayPal page.
Note: Clicking CONTINUE means you agree to pay the amount displayed.
If you do not want to continue at this point, click on the link that says "Cancel and return to PopCap Games International Ltd." beneath Review Payment. This will CANCEL the payment and take you back to the shopping cart where you can decide to complete the purchase or remove the game from the cart.
- If you click "Continue", a new PopCap web page will appear. Please click the large "Complete PayPal Payment" to proceed.
Note: At this point, you can choose to "Change How I Pay"; this will cancel the PayPal transaction and divert you to other payment options.
- If you choose to complete your PayPal payment, a new page displaying your game receipt will appear and you will receive an email to confirm your purchase. You should print AND save the receipt and email, should you need to install the game on another computer in the future.
- Follow the instructions in the email to unlock and register your game. Enjoy!

If for some reason you did not return to the Popcap order receipt page, please do not attempt to purchase the game again. You will be sent an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the ordering process. This will contain all the order information required.

Your order attempt may have been unsuccessful due to an error in the billing details provided or a restriction from your Bank/Credit Card Company. This may be due to the following:
- Missing or incorrect information for your payment method.
- The Credit Card Company does not recognize the transaction.
Please contact your Bank/Credit Card Company to confirm the data you are entering, and that it is you who is trying to use the card to purchase a game online. If you are using a branded card, confirm if you should enter this as a Credit or a Debit card.

If, despite best attempts to resolve a problem through troubleshooting and investigation, we are unable to resolve an issue, we will replace the game title with another or refund the game within 90 days of purchase where applicable. This applies to purchases made on www.popcap.com only. We can not refund an order placed with an Affiliate Partner or other portal site.
If you are experiencing a problem with a CD-ROM version purchased in a retail store, please return it to the store for replacement.

In order to keep shipping cost as low as possible we will be using USPS which does not allow for the tracking of packages.

- If you have a Gift Certificate, enter it in the text box labeled GIFT CERTIFICATE. If you have a Coupon Code, enter it in the text box labeled COUPON CODE ID.
- Click the "CONTINUE" button.
- Your final total should now be adjusted appropriately and you can continue with your order.

Please note that the discounts offered in our Newsletter or for completeing surveys are not available when used in conjunction with another PopCap offer, such as an "up-sell" - for example, buy Peggle and receive a discount on Iggle Pop. Essentially, the system accepts one discount per order.
This is explained on the Newsletter, in the conditions of use towards the bottom of the message, for example: "Not valid with any other offer." If you have added another game at a discount when you reach the shopping cart, a coupon code is applied for the "buy a second game at a discount", so you will not be given the option to enter the coupon received on the newsletter (the coupon code box disappears).
If you remove the second item from your cart and proceed with your order, the coupon code box will reappear, and you can use your own coupon code.
